Another intriguing device from REMZIBI


A Geiger counter project in Z44


The project was developed using ARM STM32F103CB microcontroller with CPU, display TFT 3.2" 16 bit, converter (ready-to-use module) and popular micro USB charger module to allow the device to be charged via USB cable and charger of any phone or power bank


All elements are enclosed in Kradex Z44 enclosure, which can accommodate everything aesthetically and compactly. The possibility of downloading the enclosure design files provided by the manufacturer significantly shortened the time and made it easier to prepare files for CNC milling. This provided the device with a neat, functional, and aesthetic design.


The device operating time using the 18650 1,400 mAh cell is about 32 hours; using the 2,500 mAh cell — almost 2 days, and the 3000 mAh cell — 3 days.


The project was developed at home by a lover of electronics with the REMZIBI nickname.
